It’s been another busy month with quite a few of our own supply team having to isolate so there has been a lot of switching around of assignments and our teachers and teaching assistants have been in high demand. Thank you to everyone for your patience and flexibility again this month.
As we move towards half term, it feels like things have settled down a little bit but we shall see what the next half term brings, education recruitment will most probably stay extremely busy for a while.
We understand from schools across Birmingham that education recruitment agencies have all seen an increase in demand of supply teachers and teaching assistants.
We have reviewed our rates of pay and decided to increase pay scales across the board whether Teacher, ECT, Teaching Assistant or Lunchtime Supervisor. We aim to be a competitive agency when it comes to pay whilst keeping the costs to schools as low as possible.
We are due to attend the Birmingham Association of School Business Managers conference at Edgbaston Cricket Ground on 10th March, please come and say hello if you are there!
